Application Guidelines

In its second round Prescription for Health will award up to nine 24-month grants for up to $300,000 each to primary care PBRNs with headquarters in the United States.

The deadline for proposals was March 7, 2005.

Proposals that are not received by the deadline, that do not follow format instructions or are incomplete will not be reviewed. Neither RWJF nor the NPO provided individual critiques of proposals submitted.

All prospective applicants are encouraged to carefully review the Call For Proposals, the Frequently Asked Questions, and to participate in the Applicant teleconference before submitting a proposal.
