Prescription for Health Innovators

Prescription for Health awarded 27 grants in two rounds of funding between July 2003 and June 2007.

In round two, Prescription for Health awarded 10 grants to selected PBRNs to measure the effectiveness and expenses associated with more comprehensive health behavior change strategies targeted at all four health risk behaviors: tobacco use, unhealthy diet, lack of physical activity, and risky alcohol use.
